1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RoomRush website and services ("Platform"), operated by The Mulberry Collective ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use this Platform. By using RoomRush, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services

RoomRush is a marketplace that connects travelers with property hosts offering last-minute accommodation deals. We act as an intermediary and are not the owner or operator of any listed property. All bookings are subject to availability and the host's terms.

4. Booking & Deals

• Deals listed on RoomRush are time-limited and subject to real-time availability. Prices may change without prior notice.
• A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email or booking ID.
• Deal prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability is detected.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a booking.

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information during booking (name, contact details, guest count).
• You are responsible for checking in at the property as per the booking details.
• Any damage to the property during your stay may result in additional charges as determined by the host.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of The Mulberry Collective or its licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoomRush acts as an intermediary between guests and property hosts. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the accommodations listed. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or availability of deals at any given time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
